By purchasing from this platform, you acknowledge and represent that you are an authorized researcher affiliated with a valid laboratory or institution, and possess the necessary equipment and training to safely handle these compounds.
The buyer assumes full responsibility for complying with all federal, state, and local laws regarding the acquisition, possession, and use of these research peptides. LS Wellness does not assume liability for misuse, negligence, or unauthorized handling of the materials once dispatched.
All orders are subjected to manual review and approval by our compliance staff to verify the validity of the research request. Approved orders are shipped from lab-verified batches with unique batch IDs and corresponding HPLC certificates.
Due to the temperature-sensitive nature of lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides, all sales are final. However, in the event of items being lost or damaged in transit, LS Wellness will credit or resend the order upon verification.
The customer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LS Wellness, its directors, officers, employees, and laboratory partners from and against any claims, liabilities, losses, damages, or costs resulting from the customer's handling, storage, use, or resale of any compounds purchased from the platform.
